Publisher Terms

1. Agreement

By creating a publisher account you accept these terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. Sites and approval

Each site is reviewed before ads are served. We may decline or remove a site that does not meet the requirements on the For Publishers page.

Adult content may only be placed on sites registered as adult.

3. Prohibited traffic

Bots, automated or incentivized traffic, forced clicks, hidden placements and traffic bought to resell are not allowed.

Illegal content, malware, and copyright infringement are not allowed.

4. Invalid traffic and held earnings

Traffic we or our demand partners identify as invalid is not paid. Adjustments appear in your earnings with the day they apply to, and you can appeal in writing; a person reviews every appeal.

5. Revenue share and payments

You receive 80% of the revenue advertisers pay for your valid traffic, unless your account shows a different agreed rate.

Once your final balance reaches $20 you may request a payout. We review each request and pay via USDT (TRC20) or PayPal. You are responsible for correct payout details and for your taxes.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; valid earnings already final are paid in the next cycle.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the valid earnings owed to you.

8. Changes

We announce material changes by email and in the dashboard before they apply.
