Invalid traffic (IVT) includes automated visits and excessive requests that cannot count as valid advertising traffic. The reason for a filtered visit is available in your quality report.

A hold cannot be forfeited until at least 7 days after it is created. Holds awaiting a settlement deduction are never forfeited: they decrease when the deduction is recorded, are released by a reviewer, or are released automatically. Without a decision, every hold is released after 30 days.
Send an appeal from your quality report, earnings or appeal history. We reply first within 48 hours and conclude within 7 days. You may have up to 5 open appeals. Refunds cannot exceed the amount actually deducted, across all appeals for the same item.
